Weldable packaging in rolls for packing machines

Our weldable packaging with multicolour printing supplied in rolls is designated for packing machines.

Several layers for perfect functionality

In order to guarantee all required characteristics, this type of packaging is formed by two or more layers of material.

Practical features of weldable packaging

• protection against penetration of gases and vapour
• strength
• easy printing
• good consumer handling properties (bags can be repeatedly sealed, etc.)

Surface treatment by lacquering or OPP lamination also available.

Usual Composition of Weldable Packaging

Standard composition of flexible packaging:

• paper + PE
• paper + Alu + PE
• polypropylene BOPP (transparent, white, metallic, pearl)
• PET-based materials (white gloss, white matt and silver foil)
• PET MET-based materials

Paper Packaging

Printing on tea bag packaging (using special types of paper). Bags can be produced on beading machines.

Technology flexographic printing.
