Warranty Period
Each product is warranted in compliance with the particular conditions of the relevant purchase agreement and the General Business and Delivery Terms of polygraphic and paper products of Martin Peroutka Co. Our products are warranted only if stored in accordance with our instructions and used for the purpose for which they are designed.
Presentation and Processing of Complaints
Any defects that are discovered may be claimed in the course of the warranty period. It is always necessary to specify their effects as closely as possible. All claims will be processed and settled in compliance with the Commercial Code to the maximum possible satisfaction of our customers.
