Spiral wound paper tubes

All spiral wound paper tubes are produced on a highly efficient foreign technological device guaranteeing consistent quality. Our tubes are even, precise and strong with a high-quality surface thanks to modern production procedures.

Paper tubes may be used in many areas, such as:

textile, paper and chemical industry (rolling of footage materials)
construction industry (production of sound and thermal insulation partitions and hollow panels)
production of paper furniture, decoration partitions and soffits (individual surface treatment possible)
specific purposes, such as thermo-probes (structural and insulation components)

Various decorative materials, including colour print, may be applied to the surface of paper tubes. Inner surfaces may also be printed.

Standard parameters of spiral wound paper tubes:

inner diameter: 17.5 - 152 [mm]
wall thickness: 0.8 – 15 [mm]
length: 250 – 6,000 [mm]

Short Paper Cores

Standard parameters of short paper cores:

length: 7 – 250 [mm]

Technology

The Company has 2 rolling machines and 2 drying furnaces used to produce paper tubes and several cutting machines used to manufacture short paper cores.
